Before recently joining Keller Williams Realty, for most of his career, David has worked for top national brokerages such as Coldwell Banker and Prudential California Realty. He has been in the real estate industry since 1996 and has been consistently recognized as a top producing agent as evidenced by receiving several award such as Prudential’s Chairman Circle Gold Award in 2010, Coldwell Banker’s Diamond Society Award in 2007, 2008 and 2009. David is an Associate Broker and possesses specialized in depth training. For example, he has several real estate designations such as Graduate Realtor Institute-GRI, Senior’s Real Estate Specialist-SRES, Accredited Buyer Representative-ABR and a Certification for Internet Professionalism-ePRO.
David has also worked as the Office Training Director at Coldwell Banker where he was responsible for training and mentoring new agents coming into the business. He is known for his talent for strategically marketing and pricing his listings to sell for top dollar and in the shortest amount of time. David also successfully assists his buyers with locating the right home and negotiating the best price and terms. David is originally from Indio and went to high school in Riverside, CA. With having lived in Sherman Oaks, and now, in the Santa Monica area, he is well versed in the workings of the ever changing Southern California real estate market. David enjoys giving back to the community through his involvement with local charities including animal rescues organizations and helping youth at risk. “My clients like my positive energy, enthusiasm and consistent follow up.
